By downloading or using Blocky Bits ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

Blocky Bits is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

2. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The app offers optional in-app purchases — one-time unlocks and a voluntary tip jar. There are no subscriptions, and no purchase ever gates gameplay progress. All transactions are handled by the Apple App Store; refunds are governed by Apple's policies. We are not responsible for transaction failures or billing disputes.

3. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including graphics, themes, sounds, and the Blocky Bits name — is the property of the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
